Student Council Food Drive

Our Hoover Student Council is hosting a food drive from December 2nd – 18th.  Students are asked to bring in canned or boxed food that will then be donated to families in need in the Corvallis community.

This is a terrific service-learning project and a great way for students to engage in their community.  Please mark your calendar and start gathering items that you can donate to this worthy cause!

Hoover Running Club (AHA Club) Kick Off

The Hoover Running Club (AHA Club) is ready to kick off for a second  year at Hoover.
AHA Club runs during the regular school day and is open to all students to participate by running or walking laps during two recesses a week – and having their progress tracked via a punch card.
We need parent volunteers to help during those two recesses a week.  You will be tracking students as the complete a lap and using a hole punch to mark the lap card.

Please go to https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080A4CACAD2CA3F58-aha1 and sign up for a slot (or multiple slots!) to help keep AHA Club ‘running’!  It’s a great way to support students to keep moving and be active!

Volunteering at Corvallis Schools – Including CHAPERONING FOR FIELD TRIPS
